Transparent, direct process

A short diagnosis first. Then only the work worth doing.

No six-month consulting roadmaps. We start by pinpointing the one operational problem that’s costing you most, show you the math, and only build what has a clear economic case.

How an engagement moves

Each step is a gate. You decide whether to continue, and you keep control of scope and spend the whole way.

Discovery call

A 30-minute conversation to understand your stack, your volume, and which one area — inventory, fulfillment, returns, or marketplace reconciliation — is costing you the most. We’re listening, not pitching.

The Leak Audit

A focused look at 30–90 days of your real data in that one area — where money and time are going, why, and what each gap costs. One area, done properly; not your whole company at once.

03 Scoped

The build

Targeted fixes and automations using the tools you already own — scoped from what the audit actually found, not a wish list.

We monitor and maintain what we built, catch failures early, and keep the workflow reliable as your operation changes.

Where the cost sits

Where the money usually hides

Different systems don’t always need to show the same number. We reconstruct what the business state should be, then find the unexplained differences — and the expensive manual work that fills the gaps. Off-the-shelf tools handle the standard workflows well; the cost lives in the business-specific seams and decisions they don’t understand. A few examples:

Orders, fees & refunds compare_arrows Settlement received

Amazon settlement vs expected settlement

Fees, reserves and chargebacks buried in the deposit; credits you’re owed never claimed.

3PL shipment records compare_arrows Orders marked fulfilled

3PL shipment records vs orders marked fulfilled

Phantom stock, oversells, and late-fulfillment penalties you didn’t know you were paying.

sync_problemSync drift
Available to sell, by channel compare_arrows Physically on hand

Available-to-sell vs what’s actually on hand

Stockouts on your best channel while the same units sit idle on another — or the same unit promised twice.

inventory_2Margin loss
Returns portal compare_arrows General ledger

Returns vs the ledger

Refunds issued for products that never came back; restocked items written off as lost.

priority_highUnrecovered cash
Monthly 3PL invoice compare_arrows Actual activity

3PL charges vs actual activity

Duplicate pick-and-pack fees, storage creep, and dimensional-weight overbilling.

Six spreadsheets compare_arrows Monday’s reorder decision

The weekly reorder decision

Nothing is broken — someone just spends half of every Monday deciding what to reorder, when, and how much, from six spreadsheets and a gut feel.

Standard rules compare_arrows 150 unusual orders a week

Which exceptions actually need a human?

An ops manager reviews every unusual order by hand because the standard rules can’t tell which ones deserve attention.

What you walk away with

A clear, plain-language findings report

Not a list of problems you already knew about — a quantified map of where your operation leaks, why, and what to do first.

check

Exactly where it leaks

Where and how often your systems disagree — down to the specific orders, shipments and payouts.

check

What it costs you

Each leak in hours and dollars per month, calculated from your own transaction history.

check

Why it happens, in plain English

A missing setting, a broken handoff, a process gap, or a genuine integration bug — named, not guessed.

check

What to fix — and what to leave

A ranked list: worth fixing now, worth fixing later, not worth fixing at all.

check

The right kind of fix

Whether it needs custom automation, a process change, or a setting in software you already pay for.

check

The highest-value next step

The one fix worth making first — automation, configuration, process, or something custom. If it’s an automation, the expected return comes with it.

lock_open

No lock-in. The audit stands on its own.

You own everything we find. Take it to your own team, to another vendor, or let us fix it — no obligation either way. And if the right answer is a process change or a setting you already pay for, we’ll say so and build nothing.

How we handle your data

Careful by default

An audit means trusting us with real operating data. These are the rules we work by.

Read-only, by default

Exports first; scoped, read-only access only where a build needs it. Nothing changes in your systems during an audit.

Scoped to one area

We pull only the sources that area touches, for 30–90 days — not your whole business.

No customer personal data

Buyer names, emails and addresses are dropped on ingest. The audit works on orders, SKUs and money — not people.

AI, carefully

Where we use AI on your data, it runs through business-tier APIs on de-identified rows — never consumer chat tools.

Yours, then gone

You own every finding. Raw exports are deleted after the findings session unless you ask us to keep them for a build.

Confidential from the first note

Happy to sign a mutual NDA before any data changes hands.
